Irish soprano, Celine Byrne, made her operatic début as Mimi, in Scottish Opera’s 2010 production of La Bohéme and since then has performed extensively throughout Europe as well as in the US, China, Russia and Mexico
An Evening with Celine Byrne & Guests is a chance to hear Celine sing popular songs from the world of opera and also perform some beautiful Irish melodies. Celine will be joined by pianist Dearbhla Brosnan, violinist Lynda O'Connor and cellist Ailbhe McDonagh with a programme including Rusalka’s glorious Song to the Moon, Puccini's O Mio Babbino Caro, The Last Rose of Summer, My Lagan Love, Danny Boy and The Lark in the Clear Air to name but a few.
